How do I link my VIP tour reservation to my plans?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Jess!

Thank you for visiting us today with a great question! We are thrilled to help you create memories for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Although you cannot directly link a VIP tour reservation to My Disney Experience, you can create a note with all details of your booking and it will show under My Plans. To create a note, sign in to your Disney account, visit My Plans, and scroll down until you find My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets. Click Add More Plans and select Notes (the last option on the menu).

As you create your note, you will be able to select the date and time of your VIP tour and add information such as location, subject, and a brief description. I usually include the reservation confirmation number in the description. After creating your note, you will also be able to see it under My Plans while using the My Disney Experience mobile app and easily access your reservation details.

It was a pleasure answering your question, Jess! I hope this information is helpful and that you have a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
