    How to link my vacation

    Hey there, Rand!

It's very cool to have you pop into planDisney with your question. It's even more cool that you're planning for a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

I find the best way to manage all my Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans is to use the convenient tools and features available in My Disney Experience. You can use the website version of My Disney Experience that's available online, and you can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app

You're on the right track with your thinking that you'll want to link your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservations and theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience app. You can use the linking tools and you'll be prompted to sign in or create your Disney account, and then you'll be prompted to link reservations, tickets, and other purchases like MagicBands and Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account. You'll see that you simply enter your reservation confirmation number to link a Resort reservation or dining reservation, and you enter the confirmation number or ticket ID number to link theme park tickets.

Another option for setting up links to My Disney Experience is to go to the "My Plans" section of My Disney Experience. There you'll see options for adding links to Resort hotels, theme park tickets, and dining reservations.

If you need to, you can get assistance with setting up links in your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk team by calling them at (407) 939-7765.

One quick additional note I'll add for you, Rand. After you have your Resort hotel and theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. You'll need both a theme park admission ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation for theme park entry.

Rand, if you find yourself looking for more recommendations or first-hand experience impressions as you make your vacation plans, just ask away here at planDisney.

Here's wishing you a very fun and very cool Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
