How can I link two separate parties/tickets to a single one to use Genie+ together?

    Greetings, Citlalit,

Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for trusting us to help with your preparations to visit the Disneyland Resort.

To link a Disneyland Resort theme park ticket to your account, open the Tickets and Passes screen of the Disneyland mobile app. You’ll find the Tickets and Passes tile on the app’s ☰ feature menu. You should see the ticket or tickets purchased with your account already present. To link another Guest’s ticket, tap the ‘+’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then select “Link Tickets & Passes” to begin the process of linking a ticket.

If you have the other ticket's barcode, you can select “Open Camera” to use your mobile device’s camera to scan the barcode of the other ticket. Otherwise, select “Type ID” and enter the ticket number in the “ID Number” field. Once the ID is entered, tap “Link Media” to complete the link. You may also choose to link all of your group’s tickets to all of the accounts used among your group. That will allow everyone the opportunity to take turns using the Disneyland mobile app to book Lightning Lane return times for your whole party.

Tony’s Tip: Note that the ticket ID is different from the ticket purchase confirmation number. The ticket ID will be a long number, usually 18 to 22 digits without any letters, that you can find on the Tickets and Passes screen of the other Guest’s mobile app when they are logged in with their account. Or find the “Ticket #” under the barcode of their Disney eTicket. When accessing an eTicket from the ticket purchase confirmation, be sure to open the “Print E-Tickets” link to display the Ticket number along with its corresponding barcode. Also, if you have purchased your theme park tickets as part of a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, your eTickets will be included with a Travel ePackage that will be available four days before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Citlalit. And if you plan on visiting the newly re-imagined Mickey’s Toontown during your visit, please say “hello” to Mickey Mouse for me!
