Erin,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
Loading all your information onto your
My Disney Experience account makes your planning so much easier. Whether it is hotel reservations, theme park tickets, Disney Park Passes, or dinner plans, it helps so much when you are in the parks and all those plans synchronize seamlessly over to your
My Disney Experience App on your smartphone. It puts all that important information at your fingertips!
Here are the steps to linking most anything to your account. This will work for a resort hotel reservation, park tickets, dining reservations, and more. Just follow these steps, either on a desktop computer or via your smartphone on the My Disney Experience App.
On your desktop computer1. Start at the Walt Disney World website, going to
"My Disney Experience" from the top menu, at the far right.
2. In that drop down menu, select
"My Plans".
3. You should see a series of circles lined up horizontally, one each for different kinds of reservations. There is one for resort hotel reservations, park tickets, park reservations, and dining. Whichever applies (in your case, park tickets), hover over that circle and then click on the
"Link" button that pops up.
4. Enter your confirmation numbers and it will add them to your plans.
On a smartphoneIf you are doing this on the My Disney Experience App on a smartphone, click on the three vertical bar menu button on the lower right corner of the app. From there you should see a button for your respective need, be it resort hotel, tickets, dining, etc. After clicking on the right option, you will see a
"Link" button. Just add your confirmation number, and you should be good!
BONUS TIP #1Be sure to have the My Disney Experience App downloaded and ready to go on your smartphone. It is your hub for making Lightning Lane reservations, finding out times and places to meet characters, and a ton of other features that make your day in the park easier. From room key entry to mobile food ordering, getting around Disney has never been faster, and easier!
BONUS TIP #2When getting ready to park hop, just call
(407) 560-5000. That is the
Park Hopping Hotline (or at least that is what I call it!), and it will tell you the status of all the parks, and if the park you want to hop to has space.
Please feel free to
write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
