How do I link two Disney references on the app?

Hi Helen and welcome to planDisney!

If you ask me, the only thing better than having a trip to Walt Disney World booked to count down the days to, is having multiple trips booked, at the same time. I have to admit, I am a serial offender and currently have 4 trips to Walt Disney World all linked in the My Disney Experience App.

It's super easy to link additional trips in the Hotel Reservations section of the App. Here's what you need to do:-

1/ Click on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scroll down to the "Hotel Reservations" section (under where it says My Visit).

2/ Once you have clicked on "Hotel Reservations", it should display the details of your closest future trip. Keep scrolling down to the bottom of that page where it says "Not the reservation you are looking for?" and then click on "View All".

3/ This takes you to the "Future Plans" section. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and click on where it says "Missing a reservation?" and click on "Link to Account".

4/ Click on "Type ID" at the top left hand side of the page and enter your second Resort Reservation Confirmation Number and Last Name on Reservation before clicking on "Link Resort".

Once you have done this, you should be able to see both reservations in the "Hotel Reservations" section.

I do hope that this has answered your question, Helen. If I have misinterpreted anything at all, please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney to ask me another question.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
