Can you link two different tickets to one account? We are planning on buying the military 4 day ticket and a 1 day value ticket but want to use the one day ticket in the middle of our trip because that is when the value day is.

Ooh! That’s a great plan, Rachel!

I like your creativity in reserving your one-day ticket day for when the tier level is a greater value. Yes, you may link your different ticket types into one Disneyland Resort account. However, I would like to put forth a different suggestion. Rather than linking all of your tickets into one account, you may use two different accounts. The reason I suggest that is to help avoid accidentally using your one-day tickets too early in your visit. On your one-day ticket day, switching over to your other account will then help avoid accidentally using another day of your multi-day tickets too soon.

A bonus benefit of using separate accounts is that you will not have “extra” tickets linked in the Disneyland app. Those extra tickets can sometimes get in the way when you want to use the Disneyland app to show your tickets for park admission, for redeeming Disney FASTPASS, or, if you have Disney MaxPass added to your tickets, for making FASTPASS selections using your mobile device.

My family has made good use of multiple accounts in a way similar to this. My account happens to have “extra” Disneyland Resort Annual Passports linked to it. So we often choose to use my wife’s account instead. This is handy when we visit the parks with a smaller group, such as just my wife and me or without some of our children who may need to stay home due to other commitments. Because tickets can be linked to multiple accounts, we can use my wife’s account to add in just the right set of Passports to match the group that we have visiting the Disneyland Resort for a given vacation.

You’re going to have a Fantasmic! visit to the Disneyland Resort, Rachel. If you have other questions for us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we are at your service!
