Hi Jana,
Welcome to planDisney!
How exciting to plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds like you might be the official organizer of this group. If so, they are in good hands!
I suggest that you connect in
My Disney Experience through the
My Family & Friends List. Hopefully other members of your travel party have created their own My Disney Experience accounts and linked their vacation packages to those accounts. If they have, once you connect with them through the My Family & Friends List, you will be able to share plans.
To connect, log into My Disney Experience, click on the My Family & Friends List, and then click on the plus sign to Add a Guest. If you select the option to enter their name and age, once you enter the age as 18+, another option should appear that allows you to email them an invitation to connect. Be sure to use the email address they have associated with their My Disney Experience account. Once you connect, I suggest that you choose the option to Share All Plans.
When we travel with others, I love being able to see all of our
Disney PhotoPass service photos when we are connected through the My Family & Friends List. Since I am typically the one doing the planning, I am also the one making our
advanced dining reservations. Being connected with folks through the My Family & Friends List makes it super easy to include them on advanced dining reservations.
Jana, having everyone connected in My Family & Friends also makes it easy to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for everyone in your group. And, if you plan to join the Resistance and eradicate the First Order on
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, being connected in My Disney Experience will allow you to join the
virtual queue for everyone in your party who has a theme park ticket and park pass reservation for Disney's Hollywood Studios.
May the Force be with you as you plan!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
