Hey Howdy Hey, Darcie, and welcome to planDisney!
Linking theme park tickets together is a great way to keep your cast of characters all wrangled up whenever you are on an adventure to the Happiest Place On Earth. One of my good friends has my
Magic Key linked to hers. That way, she can
make a theme park reservation for me (because sometimes, I forget!). Also, we can take turns booking
Lightning Lane return times and scan each other through the turnstiles whenever we meet up to enter the parks.
Darcie, have you already downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile App? This is a great way to scan your
theme park tickets when you arrive, and I love how helpful it is to me when I'm planning my next visit to the resort even while I’m at home. If more than one member of your party has the Disneyland Mobile app on their mobile device, you all can link each other’s admission tickets to everyone else’s accounts.
From the mobile app, find the ☰ feature menu at the bottom right. Then choose “Tickets and Passes” at the top left. From there, tap the “Link Tickets & Passes” button near the top of the screen. If it isn’t showing, tap the ‘+’ button in the upper-righthand corner. You can then scan another ticket using the device camera or typing in the ticket ID. Once all of your theme park tickets are linked, you can make reservations for your whole party!
My fellow panelist,
Tony S, also has some useful tips for linking your party’s tickets together and enjoying Lightning Lane entrances!
Well, Darcie, I hope this answered your question about how to link your theme park tickets so that you and your Mouseketeers can enjoy the rootinest tootinest visit to the Disneyland Resort in the wild wild west! If not, just
keep those questions a-comin’! Now that you’ve got a friend in me, I’d love to help however I can.
Happy Trails,
Danielle
