How do I link tickets to theme parks?

Hi Michael, thank you for taking the time to drop by planDisney. It looks like you’re planning a magical trip to the Walt Disney World Resort real soon. I’m so excited for you! A simple Mouseketool to help with planning your vacation is My Disney Experience mobile app. I love using the app to plan our itinerary, check wait times for attractions, check out our family’s Disney PhotoPass photos. I also love being able to scroll through restaurant menus and place mobile orders at select quick service locations.

With the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can easily link your park tickets. When you sign-in to the mobile app, you’ll see three small horizontal lines on the lower right-hand corner. Clicking on it brings up your Disney account, where you’ll see “Tickets and Passes”. Once there, you can click on + icon to add your ticket by pressing “Link Tickets and Passes”. Type in the ID code on the ticket and this will link to your Disney account.

Now that your ticket is linked to your account in My Disney Experience, we can move on to reserve park entry. As you’re aware, to manage attendance and promote physical distance is the implementation of Disney Parks Pass reservation system. On the bottom of your app on the main page, you will see a circle with + in the middle. Click on this and you’ll see a menu where you can choose from ordering food, buying tickets and passes, to making a park reservation. Press “Make a Park Reservation” and you have the option to “Create Your Party” with connected Guests in your Family and Friends List. Then you can select a date and park you wish to visit. Carefully review your selected date and park then press “confirm”. If you need to make changes, you can easily do that on the mobile app as well!

Sometimes Stitch can wreak havoc and cause technical glitches. If you have any issues, you can contact (407) 939-4357 and a friendly Cast Member will provide further assistance with My Disney Experience.

I hope this information helps, Michael. As you continue your trip planning, please feel free to drop by planDisney again. We are all EARS to help!

    Have a magical day,

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
