The link to my e tickets takes me to an invalid page. How do I access my tickets that were purchased less than a year ago?

Hey there, Nicole! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your ticket question.

Gosh! I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the link to your tickets. I'm not sure why you are having that issue whether the links are only valid for so long or if your tickets could somehow have expired, although I doubt that because you purchased them less than a year ago. Unless they were multiday tickets and you used some of the dates, they would be considered expired since you need to use the tickets in full within 13 days of the first day of use.

If you purchased your tickets through the Disneyland website and they were unused, these tickets should be linked to your account. What I suggest you do is download the Disneyland app and log in to your Disney account. From there, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen. Then click on "Ticket and Passes". If your tickets are linked with your Disney account they should show up here. I'm crossing my fingers that you see them!

If for some reason you still cannot see them I think your next step would be to contact Ticket Services so that they can try to look up your account and find these tickets for you. They have access to your account and information that we don't have. If for some reason the ticket is expired and wholly unused, you would be able to apply the purchase price of these tickets to the purchase of new tickets.

Nicole, I really hope you are able to figure out if your tickets are still valid so you can make a visit to Disneyland Resort soon.
