How do I link tickets to MULTIPLE accounts. I have mine on my account and my friend has her and her husbands on hers but we want them all on both of our accounts in order to get TRON passes at the same time. When I type in the code it says already linked

    Hi Wendi, welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for asking such a great question about best practices for experiencing TRON Lightcycle/Run with friends during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

When TRON Lightcycle/Run opens at Magic Kingdom Park on April 4, it can only be experienced by obtaining a boarding group for the virtual queue or by purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane. In order to be eligible for the virtual queue, all Guests must have valid admission and a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park linked to their My Disney Experience account or account profile.

Tickets can only be linked once in My Disney Experience, which explains the error message you receive when you try to link the same ticket to multiple accounts. To view and make plans with your friends, Wendi, the key is to connect with everyone in your party as Family & Friends in My Disney Experience. Once a person appears on your Family & Friends List, you can attempt to join the virtual queue together and/or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane together.

To add a person to your Family & Friends List, click "Add a Guest" at the bottom of your Family & Friends List. Next, select "I'll enter their name and age." Once "18+" has been selected for the age, another selection option appears. Select "Invite this Guest to connect" and enter the email address associated with your friend's My Disney Experience account and "Done." Once your friend accepts the email invitation to connect, they will appear on your Family & Friends List, which means you can view and make plans for each other. To connect with your friend's husband, click "Add a Guest" and select "Find through my connected Guests;" his name should appear as long as you are connected to your friend and her Family & Friends List is shared.

On the morning you plan to visit Magic Kingdom Park, confirm the members of your virtual queue party in the My Disney Experience mobile app (≡ --> Virtual Queue) by 6:45 a.m. so you have one less thing to worry about when trying to join the virtual queue at 7:00 a.m. on the dot. If your friends also have My Disney Experience mobile apps, it's ok for everyone to try and book the virtual queue at 7:00 a.m.; My Disney Experience won't let you join the virtual queue more than once. If you are unsuccessful in securing a boarding group at 7:00 a.m., Wendi, you can try again at 1:00 p.m. I recommend setting a timer on your phone so you don't forget. To join the virtual queue at 1:00 p.m., you have to physically be in Magic Kingdom Park.

You can purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for TRON Lightcycle/Run via the Tip Board of your My Disney Experience mobile app (≡ --> Tip Board --> Scroll to attraction). Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel can book at 7:00 a.m. All others can book at park opening. Part of the reservation process asks you to confirm the members of your party. Members of your Family & Friends List with valid admission and a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park will appear for selection.
