How do I link Tickets from My mother in laws disneyland account, to my account, via my disneyland APP? Access is denied every time, I try. We have QR Codes that we received.

Hey there, Allan! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney! Oh boy! I'm sorry to hear that you seemed to have some trouble linking tickets to your account. Let's try to fix that.

I am hoping that your problem was just some technical issues with the Disneyland app and that by now you've been able to get those tickets added to your account. However, if you are still having issues, I would try to add them to your "Tickets and Passes" section of the app by the ticket ID number instead of the QR code. Each ticket that you have received should have a ticket ID number that you can also use to add to your app. If you still are having trouble getting these tickets linked, I would reach out to Ticket Services and see if they have any remedies.

If you still haven't gotten them linked, you could always log in to your mother-in-law's account to get scanned into the park, and then they should be able to print off paper tickets for you at the gate.

You are arriving soon and hopefully, you already have theme park ticket reservations for each of your tickets. If not, be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as dates are filling up.

Now that your visit is close, be sure to check out the Entertainment Schedule for your day to make sure you don't miss a thing! Nighttime spectaculars have returned and it looks like Main Street Electrical Parade, World of Color, and Fantasmic! have performances that night. You are in for a treat!

Allan, I hope you are able to get your tickets linked and get excited about your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! See you real soon!
