    If I link my tickets to MDE app, can I still get physical card tickets at Guest Relations at Disney Springs? I know it's not needed and I can use the mobile pass but I'd love to have those

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question here today, I’m happy to assist. It looks like your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth begins next week so let’s take a look!

    Once a Guest purchases a theme park ticket, the tickets can be linked to an account on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Guests can create a Magic Mobile Pass which allows them to add the tickets to a mobile wallet on a smartphone or the tickets can be scanned right in the app. If preferred, physical cards can be obtained at any Guest Relations kiosk at theme parks or at the Ticket Center at Disney Springs. It’s always neat to see the different design choices that are available! 

    I hope you enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort during the Fall season. Be sure to try some of the Halloween-themed treats that are available in the theme parks, there are some that look spooktacular!
