how do I link my tickets to my Disney Hotel Reservation

Hello there David! Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Sounds like you're getting ready for a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth and I'm happy to help get you on your way.

Disneyland theme park tickets are technically linked to your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation if they are both already linked to your Disney Account. So let's make sure you have your tickets and hotel reservation linked to your account.

First, you'll need to locate that ticket ID number! If you received your tickets via email confirmation, see if you can find a link to "Access Your eTickets." This link should allow you to view your theme park ticket where then the ticket ID number should be located underneath the barcode.

Once you have your ticket ID number, David, you'll be able to link your theme park tickets, which you can do via the Disneyland app or the Disneyland website. In the Disneyland app, click on the (☰) at the bottom right of the screen and select "My Tickets & Passes." Then click on the (+) sign in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes” to type in the theme park ticket numbers where they will be added to your Disneyland app! If you'd like to link your tickets via the Disneyland website, log in to your Disney account and select "My Disneyland" in the top righthand corner of the main page. Next, click on "Link Tickets and Passes" from the drop-down menu. Lastly, enter your ticket ID number and, Bibbidy Bobbidy Boo, you're done!

If your theme park tickets are already linked to your account, and you'd like to add your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation from the Disneyland website, click "My Disneyland" in the top righthand corner. Then, select "My Hotel Reservations" from the drop-down options. Lastly, fill in your confirmation number, the last name the reservation is under, and your check-in date. Similarly, if you'd like to link your hotel reservation using the Disneyland app, click on the (☰) at the bottom right of the screen and select "Hotel Reservations" under My Visit. From here, you may enter your confirmation number, last name, and arrival date.

Now, with your park tickets and hotel reservation both linked to your Disney Account, David, get ready to immerse yourself in the magic! January is one of my favorite times of year to visit the Happiest Place on Earth and was actually when we took our two young boys for the very first time - which made me fall in love with Disneyland in a whole new way. The Holidays at Disneyland Resort are scheduled to run through January 7, 2026, which should include themed entertainment and attractions like "it's a small world" Holiday Lighting - my very favorite!

As you continue your dreaming and planning, David, stop by with another question anytime! You've got a friend in us for helpful tips and heartfelt advice. We love sharing our experiences to help you have a magical Disney vacation!

Hello from the Pacific Northwest! I'm McCayla, a wife and mom dreaming of adventure in the great wide somewhere, yet also completely content watching Toy Story from the couch. My love of Disneyland began as a little girl on Peter Pan's Flight and only grows with each visit. But even when I'm not physically at the Happiest Place on Earth, I truly feel that same joy when I can help others (YOU!) experience the magic of Disneyland Resort too.
