    If I link my tickets to my Disney experience app what happens if I have a problem with my phone before I get there?

    Hi, Alicia! I am so glad you stopped by today to chat so we can get ready for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Looking at the information you supplied us, it looks like you will be coming in just a few days. How exciting! Have you made your FastPass+ selections yet? As soon as you have your Disney Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, hop on your My Disney Experience mobile app and get those selections made! You will be able to make up to three for each day you plan to visit a theme park. As soon as you use that last one each day, you can either use your mobile app or head to an in-park FastPass+ kiosk to make another. If you included the Park Hopper Option on your tickets, then that next choice could be at the same park or another park.

    Okay, let's talk about that ticket so we can make sure you are able to get into the park and into the FastPass+ queues. While that ticket will be linked to your My Disney Experience account, you will need a physical ticket or linked MagicBand to tap at the Mickey touchpoints to enter the park and FastPass+ queues. There are a number of places where you can pick up that ticket once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. These include any theme park ticket window, the Disney Springs Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.

    If you prefer to use a MagicBand, they can be found to purchase all across Walt Disney World Resort in many merchandise locations. During checkout, the Cast Member can assist you with linking it to your My Disney Experience account or you can do so online.
