Hi Ellen,
Welcome to planDisney!
With a confirmation number, you should be able to link those theme park tickets in your My Disney Experience account. Log into
My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, click on Add More Plans, and then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. If you are unable to link a reservation, double-check to make sure you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you are staying at one of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels and still cannot link that reservation, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone to get some assistance.
Once your tickets are linked, be sure to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission. If you decide to cancel a park pass reservation and make a new one at a different park, check the
theme park pass reservation availability calendar first to be sure there is park pass availability for the new park.
I hope you also plan to make
advanced dining reservations and to make use of all of the features of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On our last visit, we loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in to check in for our advanced dining reservations.
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering was also quite useful and we checked
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability a few times. It was quite limited, so I was glad we had dining reservations for most of our meals!
Ellen, I am sending a little extra pixie dust trusting you will get those tickets linked!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
