To link your theme park tickets to the
Disneyland Mobile App, first, locate your ticket barcode and number in the confirmation email you should have received after purchasing your tickets. Then, if you haven’t already done so, download and sign in to the Disneyland Mobile App. Next, open the app, select the menu button in the lower right-hand corner, then “Tickets and Passes.” The last step will be to click on the “Link Tickets and Passes” option and either scan the barcode of your tickets or manually enter the ticket number.
Concerning
Genie+, there are two ways to purchase the service. The first method was during the initial ticket purchase as an add-on to your ticket. If you did not add on Genie+ at that point, no worries. You will have the option again to purchase Genie+ on the day of your visit. Once you enter one of the two theme parks of Disneyland Resort, you can also hop on the Disneyland Mobile App to purchase the service.
If you are purchasing Genie+ on the day of your trip, I recommend saving time by adding your credit card or another payment method to the Disneyland Mobile App in advance. When on the app, select the Menu button, then scroll down to “My Profile.” Under my profile, you can access the “Payment Method” page to store your preferred payment methods for mobile app purchasing. Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering through the app.
