How do I link my tickets to app if I purchased online and tickets won’t be mailed for 10 days?

    Hi Jeanette,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

The answer to your question depends on how you purchased your Theme Park Tickets. If you purchased them online, during your purchase, you should have been to assign each ticket you purchase either to your own My Disney Experience account or to another account that appears in your “My Family & Friends” list (you don’t have to control the account in order to assign a ticket). Then you don't need to wait to receive your physical tickets in the mail for them to be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

If you haven't purchased your tickets yet, don’t forget that you don’t have to mail them to your home address but that you can choose to pick them up at “Will Call” instead.

If you weren’t able to associate your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account during the purchasing process, then I strongly recommend that you contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to see what your “linking” options are. They’ll be more than happy to help you untangle your upcoming vacation plans.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
