How do I link my tickets to the app? I purchased through Costco and booked my trip but only have the confirmation number. Will I receive physical tickets? My trip is in 2 weeks

Hi Edward! Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question about admission tickets.

Your trip is just a few days away. I bet you're counting down the hours! And the good news is that linking your tickets should be super easy.

I'll walk you through it. Sign into your Disneyland account and head to My Theme Park Reservations. Click "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" and enter the confirmation number given to you by Costco, your name, and your arrival date. You'll then be directed to make a theme park reservation. All guests entering the theme parks need both a valid admission ticket and a theme park reservation. If you don't have a theme park reservation, there is no guarantee there will be any available when you arrive, which would make for a not-so-magical situation. So, make your selection as soon as possible.

Once you've completed these steps, download the Disneyland mobile app. It will be incredibly useful during your trip and eliminate the need for a physical admission ticket to keep track of, during all the fun. After you've downloaded the app and signed into your Disneyland account, you should see your tickets under "Tickets and Passes." You'll pull up that barcode to be scanned by a Cast Member at the main entrance. My hint would be to screenshot your ticket barcode and save the image to favorites just in case WiFi is acting slow.

I hope that answers all your ticket-related questions. Have the most magical time!
