Your tickets are purchased and you’re looking to link them to your My Disney Experience account, that’s so exciting, and it’s definitely something I can help you with!
There are two main ways to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. The easiest and most convenient is from a device of your choosing that has the My Disney Experience app downloaded. Once you are logged in to your account and are on the welcome page of the app, follow these steps:
1. From the icons at the bottom of your screen, select the icon with the three horizontal lines, which is the rightmost icon.
2. Tap the “My Tickets & Passes” box. It will be the top left box.
3. Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner of your screen.
4. Select the rightmost box, “Link Tickets & Passes.”
5. From here, you can either scan the barcode using your device’s camera or manually enter the ticket ID into the ID number box.
6. From there, you will assign the ticket to an eligible Guest.
It’s that easy! If you prefer to do this from a web browser, you can certainly do that as well. To link your tickets from a
web browser, follow these steps:
1. Visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website.
2. From the welcome page, select the top right most dropdown menu labeled “My Disney Experience.” You may be prompted to log in if you haven’t done so already.
3. Navigate to “My Tickets & Passes.”
4. In the middle of your screen, select “Park Tickets” and then choose the “Link Tickets” option.
5. Enter the ticket ID into the designated box.
6. Assign the ticket to the Guest of your choosing.
Whether you choose to link your tickets on your mobile device or through a web browser, the end result will be the same. I hope that this answers your question, Linda!
