    Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Sarah!

    You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney. How exciting that your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World is just around the riverbend.  I am happy to help you link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account - it just takes a "bibbidi-bobbidi-boo," and like magic, they'll be added for you.

    To link your tickets to My Disney Experience on a desktop or a laptop:
    • Log in to your My Disney Experience account.
    • Click on your profile, and then go to "Memberships and Passes" and click on "Link Main Entrance Pass.
    • "From here, you can enter your last name and your ticket ID, which should be on the back of your ticket.
    To link your tickets on My Disney Experience on mobile:
    • Log in to your My Disney Experience account on the app.
    • Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and click on the "My Tikckets & Passes" box.
    • Select the plus in a blue circle in the top right corner and click on Link Tickets & Passes."
    • You can either use your camera to scan the barcode of your ticket, tap the ticket using the scanner, or type the ID number (same as you would on the desktop).
    Now, one other thing to know, Sarah. If you have date-based tickets, meaning you have selected a start date for your tickets and have a window in which to use them, you will not need to make a Theme Park Reservation.  However, if you have undated tickets, such as military tickets, then you WILL have to make Theme Park Reservations for all of the days you plan to enter the parks.
