Hiya Jaquita,
Welcome to planDisney! It is always an exciting day when you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort. I am currently planning a vacation myself, and I am having a blast finalizing all the details. Are you visiting before Halloween? If so, I highly suggest getting tickets for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! The return of this beloved event includes
Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade, which is only available during this after-hours event. Also, who doesn’t love trick-or-treating at Magic Kingdom Park?
Before you can get on to the next planning stages, you will need to get your Theme Park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, just like you asked. Let me walk you through the steps!
1. Log in to your
My Disney Experience account and go to “My Plans.”
2. Under “My Plans,” look for the little ticket icon with Mickey Mouse ears on it (it should be the third icon under the header “Jacquita’s Plans and Tickets”)
3. Click on the icon and select “Link Tickets.”
4. When the next page opens, you will be prompted to input the ID Number for your tickets one at a time (you should find the numbers in your email confirmation).
5. After all ticket numbers have been entered, click next and assign the Theme Park tickets to each of your Guests and confirm.
Linking your tickets can also be done using the
My Disney Experience mobile app if you prefer that over the website. Just open the app and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. You should then see a tile marked “Tickets and Passes.” Select it and then click the “plus sign” in the top right corner and follow the prompts to link your tickets. If you experience any hiccups, you can speak to a Cast Member at (407)-939-4357 for additional help.
After you get your Theme Park tickets linked, don’t forget the next (and most important) step is to reserve your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. At this time, to enter the Theme Parks, you will need both a valid Theme Park ticket and a Disney Park Pass Reservation.
I hope this is helpful and gets you on the way to the next planning stage.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
