How do I link my tickets to my account?

Hi Damon, and welcome to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is getting so close now! I bet you can practically taste the Dole Whip! Fortunately, linking your theme park tickets is as easy as spooning into that cool treat on a warm Florida day.

You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account either on a computer via the Walt Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience app on your phone. We'll walk through it on the website here, but I recommend downloading the app as well. It's great for helping you do lots of things in the parks like check attraction wait times and use the Mobile Ordering feature for meals on-the-go!

First, let's go to the "Link Your Reservations and Purchases" page on the Walt Disney World website and select "Tickets." If you haven't signed in yet, you'll be prompted to do that here. On the next page, you'll see a box that says "ID Number." You should find the number on the back of your ticket or voucher, or in your confirmation email if you bought your tickets online. If you're having trouble finding the number, you'll see some examples on the right side of the page that can help you locate it. Then just follow the prompts to assign each ticket to a member of your traveling party, confirm, and you're good to go!

If you still can't find the numbers or you can't get them to link for some reason, don't hesitate to call Guest Relations at the number listed for "My Disney Experience and MagicBands." A Cast Member will be happy to help you get your tickets all squared away. And don't forget that you'll need Disney Park Pass reservations for the theme parks you plan to visit each day of your trip. This is a really important part of the planning process now since Disney requires all Guests like us to make reservations before we hit the theme parks.

I hope this helps you plan your vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, Damon! Have fun, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
