how do I link my tickets

Hello there! Welcome to planDisney, Megan! We are so happy you are here!

Oh my goodness, Megan, you are arriving during one of my absolute favorite times to visit Walt Disney World. Not only is the weather pleasant and mild, but you'll get to enjoy the incredible EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. You are in for such a treat with live entertainment, food, and so much more! But, let's not forget that The World's Most Magical Celebration in honor of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary is still in full swing! How lucky are you to be able to enjoy two fabulous events in one trip? I have to admit; I'm more than a little jealous!

Megan, linking your tickets is as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, thanks to the My Disney Experience app. First, you will want to pull up the confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets and look for the ticket id number on the email. Once you have that handy, open up the My Disney Experience app and log into your account. Next, open the menu by clicking on the three stacked lines on the bottom right corner, then click on "Tickets and Passes." From there, click on "Link Tickets & Passes," enter the ticket ID code, click submit, and you are all set! How easy was that?! Once linked up, you will see your tickets listed in the "Tickets & Passes" section.

Now, if you are having a hard time locating your confirmation email, or if the steps above don't seem to be working, you can reach out to one of the helpful Cast Members on the Existing Tickets Team, and they will be happy to get this linked up for you. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639.

Megan, don't forget that you will need to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations before entering your first park of each day. Then, if you have purchased the Park Hopper Option for your ticket, you can head over to a different park after 2 p.m. I always recommend hopping over to EPCOT in the afternoon to enjoy the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival before finishing your night with the nighttime spectacular, Harmonious. That sounds like an incredible evening if you ask me!

I will be wishing you the most magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Megan!

    Until next time,
    Diana
