I want to link my moms ticket to our tickets. And make her reservation date

Hi there, Donna! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thanks so much for stopping by with your question!

In order for you to link your mom's tickets and reservations to your plans, there are two paths that you could take. Assuming that your mom already has her own Disney account, your first option will be to link both of your My Disney Experience accounts together.

To do this, simply open your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen, scroll all the way down, and click on My Profile. Once here, click on Family & Friends List, scroll all the way down once again, and click on Add a Guest. Pick the "I'll enter their name and age" option, and fill out the fields with your mom's personal information. When you're done, click on "Share Planning with this Guest" and "Add Guest", and you're all set! Once your mom has accepted your request, you'll be able to make all kinds of reservations for her as well.

If your mom doesn't have a My Disney Experience account of her own, the process will be very similar. Just follow all the aforementioned steps up until you're filling out the fields with your mom's personal information, but this time make sure to click on "I'll manage all plans for this Guest" and "Add Guest". Once her profile is all set, go to the Tickets and Passes section of the app and click on "Link Tickets & Passes". You'll have to scan or type the ID code on your ticket order, and then you'll be prompted to link each existing ticket to one of your Friends & Family members. Please try to be super careful when doing this! I've made the mistake of linking tickets to other people in the past, and I definitely don't want that to happen to you.

Donna, after you've successfully linked everyone's tickets, it's time to make your Park Pass reservations. To do this, head on to the Walt Disney World Resort website and hover over Parks & Tickets. Now, please scroll down and click on Theme Park Reservations. Click on the "Theme Park Tickets" option, follow the steps, and (like Kuzco likes to say) BOOM, BABY! You're all set!

That was a lot of information, so please don't hesitate to come back if you still have questions. We're always happy to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Ana Paula
