Hi Sandie,
Welcome to planDisney!
Well, this is happy news. Linking tickets means that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!
First, make sure your friend is linked in your
My Family & Friends List. I usually connect with family and friends by clicking on Add a Guest, then I enter that person's name and age and send them an invitation to connect using the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account. If your family member does not have or want a My Disney Experience Account or is too young to have one, you can also select the option to manage plans for that Guest.
Currently, to link that ticket, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans and then click on Add More Plans. Then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases. From there, you should be able to link and assign that ticket. If using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, just open the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, and click on Tickets and Passes. From there you should be able to click on the plus sign and Link Tickets and Passes.
With your arrival date, you should be within the
advanced dining reservation window. I hope you already made some
advanced dining reservations. Doing so gives you a guaranteed break during the day or allows you time to relax at the end of a long day. When you're just wanting to eat something sustaining but quick, try using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. I've ordered just before boarding an attraction so that, when we exit the attraction, we can go grab our food right away. Just pay attention to your arrival time window and give yourself time to get to the dining location!
Sandie, I trust you will get that ticket linked and then will be able to finalize all of your plans. Be sure to check out our
Top 10 Packing List and don't forget to pick up some
matching t-shirts for your crew!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
