How do I link my Swan hotel to my Disney experience

Hi Lois! I’m so glad you came to visit us at planDisney! Let’s get you linked up!

The Disney World Swan Hotel is beautiful! The gorgeous statues towering over the hotel let you know that you are about to have a luxurious vacation! One of my favorite perks of this hotel is the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours! Yes, Guests at this resort are eligible for extra hours at select theme parks on select nights! This is such a great perk, as there tend to be fewer Guests in the parks during the extended hours! And, fewer people means shorter wait times for attractions!

To link your Disney World Swan Hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience app, start by opening the app. On the menu, look under “My Visit.” Tap “Hotel Reservations.” On the new screen, enter your hotel confirmation number provided to you when you booked your reservation and your last name. Finally, click “Link Resort.”

Lois, some Guests have reported issues when linking their Disney World Swan Resort reservations to their My Disney Experience app. Should this happen to you, go to the Disney World website and click the “Help” icon on the screen, then click “Chat with Us.” A friendly Cast Member will help link your reservation to your app.

    Dreams do come true!
