So exciting that you’ve started to plan for your vacation in May. When it comes to flights, those are completely separate from the
My Disney Experience mobile app. As you’re preparing, you’ll want to use your flight carrier’s website and app for travel.
You can use the My Disney Experience mobile app for other things such as linking your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel and Theme Park tickets. To do this, from the My Disney Experience mobile app home screen, press the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select “Tickets and Passes” then “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, you will be able to add your confirmation number for your package. If you’re just doing a hotel stay or you’re not staying on property, but have Theme Park tickets, you’ll add your confirmation number here as well.
Through My Disney Experience, you can also reserve your
Disney Park Pass reservations. These reservations are paired with your ticket, so you and any members of your party will need reservations for everyday you’re in the Theme Parks. To make the reservations, select the “+” symbol in the bar at the bottom of the My Disney Experience mobile app (two buttons to the right of the “home” button). Next, select “Make a Park Reservation” then select “Theme Park Tickets”. This will take you to the Theme Park Reservation page where you will view a calendar and select your Disney Park Pass reservations.
Of course, you can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app to view wait times, see maps of the Theme Parks, create
Disney Genie+ Service/
Individual Lightning Lane reservations, and even
mobile order at select restaurants. So, remember to bring your portable phone charger because all the information you need is in the palm of your hand!
