How do I link my 2020 Southern California 3 day ticket i purchased from AAA before the park closed? I am trying to make a park reservation but im not able to link my ticket from AAA.

Hello, Jacqueline! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

The Southern California Resident Ticket Offer is one of the best deals around, so I'm glad you were able to take advantage of this offer last year. The expiration date for these special tickets has been extended through December 16, 2021, with blackout dates of July 4 and November 20-27.

There are a few ways you can try to link your ticket to your Disneyland Resort account. The easiest way is through the Disneyland mobile app. In the app, select the "more" icon (three lines to the far right) at the bottom of the screen and then select "Tickets and Passes."  From there, choose the option to link your ticket and then use the app to scan the barcode on your physical ticket.

If you don't have a physical ticket, you may have received an eTicket via email that will also have a barcode that you can scan. If scanning doesn't work, you can manually enter the 18-digit ticket ID number which would be found under the barcode on either your physical ticket or eTicket.

If you still experience trouble linking your ticket, give Ticket Services a call at (714) 781-4636 and they should be able to help you out.

I hope you have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
