Hello there, Samantha!
Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here faster than Lightning McQueen. Did you know that the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE is currently underway? Besides checking out the Global Marketplaces, I recommend checking the
Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue Medicare lineup to see if you want to check out one of the awesome bands.
Samantha, to link up with your sister-in-law, make sure she is connected to your
“My Family & Friends List” first. If you don’t see her listed, you can select “Add a Guest” at the bottom of the page to find her through connected Guests, import her information from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or enter her name and age. Your sister should receive a request to link up her plans, and she’ll need to accept this request for you to see each other’s plans.
I personally think the easiest way to see your tickets in your account is through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. You can find the tickets in the app by selecting the three horizontal bars in the bottom right corner of the screen and “Tickets and Passes.” If the tickets don’t automatically appear, you can manually link them to your account by selecting the plus sign in the top right corner of the screen. Your sister can reassign one of her tickets to you by selecting “Reassign Ticket” under any of the tickets that she would like you to have.
If you still run into issues, I recommend
calling a friendly Cast Member to help see what the problem may be. I hope these tips help you start the vacation planning process.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
