Hey there, hi there, ho there, Larry! You’re as welcome as can be to
planDisney!
Your magical visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth is just two days away… let the countdown begin!
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great option for Guests who aren’t able to wait in a traditional standby queue. There are two ways for you to register for DAS, including using
DAS Advance, which allows you to
pre-register online as early as 30 days before your visit, and no less than two days before. So, you can
click here to give it a try today if you have time! The other option is to wait and register for DAS when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. You can register in-person at City Hall (in Disneyland Park), Chamber of Commerce (in Disney California Adventure Park), or any Guest Information location.
Here's what to expect when using DAS Advance: First, you'll have a live online chat with a Cast Member about the reason you’re requesting DAS. If approved, you’ll have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows
for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your day with the
Disneyland app.
If you register in-person at the Disneyland Resort, you’d have a similar conversation with a Cast Member, who would then schedule your first DAS attraction for you. From that point forward, you’ll be able to schedule your own DAS return times using the Disneyland app.
I hope this information helps you enjoy your visit, Larry!
See ya’ real soon,
Kristin
