Hi Russell!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
If you're looking to link your resort reservations, you must have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the near future! I'm so happy to hEAR you're planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. There are so many awesome things to see and do at Walt Disney World right now, and even more on the horizon!
If you have existing
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservations or have booked a Walt Disney World vacation package, the first thing you'll need to do is visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website, and log in to your
My Disney Experience account (or create one if needed). Once you open the My Disney Experience page and are logged in, you should see "Russell's Plans and Tickets" as a headline across the top.
You'll see five blue circles across the page - five separate tabs indicating parts of your vacation plans you can manage through My Disney Experience (Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining). Hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab, and you should see a drop-down menu with the option to "Link a Reservation". Once you select that option, you'll be guided through prompts to enter your resort reservation confirmation number and the name of the lead Guest on the reservation. (You should have received an email confirmation when you booked your hotel or vacation package, and the sender would either be "Disney Destinations" or "Walt Disney Travel Company".) Once you've entered all of your reservation information, you should be all set up. You might need to refresh the page or log out and back in to see your reservation appear in the "My Plans" section of your My Disney Experience account.
If you'd like to link your resort reservation using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, from the home page, select the three stacked bars on the bottom right. Select "Resort Hotel", and you'll be prompted to follow the steps from there to link your reservation.
If you have any issues with your My Disney Experience account, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357, or by using
this convenient online email form. (Make sure to include all of your reservation information so they can best assist you.)
I hope this helps! Here at planDisney, we are a group of moms, dads, and more, who are Guests - just like you! We love to share tips and advice from our own personal Disney vacations to help add a bit of extra magic to yours. Please come back and visit us here if you have more questions before your vacation!
