Hi there, Mary! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you have a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation booked! Making a resort hotel reservation is one of the first steps you should take when planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so congratulations on beginning this magical adventure! Now let's get your resort hotel reservation linked to your
My Disney Experience account.
If you haven't already done so, you'll want to download the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you're signed into your account on the app, click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen. From this menu screen, you can select "Future Plans," and scroll down until you see the "Link to Account" button. Click on that button, then select "Type ID." Under "Type ID," go to the Resort Reservation section and type your resort confirmation number and the last name on your reservation to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you happen to run into any issues with linking your resort hotel reservation to your account, feel free to call the
Help Center phone number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, and a Cast Member should be able to get everything straightened out for you.
Once your reservation is linked to your account, you can work on the rest of your vacation plans. If you haven't already done so, be sure to purchase your
theme park tickets. Next, you can start doing some research on the
Walt Disney World Resort website to make a list of your must-do
attractions and experiences. When you're 60 days from your arrival, you can begin booking
dining reservations and
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences. As you plan for your magical vacation, the
Panel Extras section of our planDisney website and the
planDisney Podcast are great sources of information, and if we can help you with any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
See ya real soon!
Samantha
