I am so sorry to hear you are having difficulty getting advanced access to order your
MagicBand. From the sound of it, you may need to ensure you and your family members are included on the same
Family & Friends list via your
My Disney Experience account. If you are not listed on their Family & Friends list, you can go to your list and choose “Add A New Guest,” select the option that pertains to you and proceed through the process. Once you are listed, it should allow you to order your discounted MagicBands. If you continue to have issues, I recommend placing a call to (407) 939-4357 so that a cast member can assist you with this.
