Hello Linda, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Congratulations on the purchase of
Memory Maker for your upcoming trip. I love being able to have
Disney’s PhotoPass® Photographers capture all of those magical memories during my family vacations. Once you purchase a Memory Maker, you will want to link it to your My Disney Experience account. Sign in and go to the “
My Reservations and Tickets” tab. Scroll down until you see Memory Maker and then click the link to enter your Memory Maker ID or ticket order number. You can assign the ownership of the Memory Maker to yourself or someone else in your travel party and then confirm your choice. Your Memory Maker is good for 30 days from the day that you activate it by downloading your first PhotoPass photo.
If you are traveling with family or friends to the Walt Disney World Resort on separate reservations, they can still share your Memory Maker and add their photos to your account. Everyone will need to be connected to with “My Family and Friend List” in My Disney Experience. Be sure that when your invitation is accepted, everyone shares “My PhotoPass Photos” with you by clicking the checkbox next to your name on their list. This will allow anyone on your list to add their photos to your account with a simple tap of a MagicBand or PhotoPass Card. Don’t forget to edit, crop, download and save your magical photos before they expire. You can order an archive DVD to preserve your memories for years to come. I hope that answers your question. If you need any more help before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
Say cheese,
Andrea
