Hi there Kris, and welcome back to
planDisney! It's great to see you hEAR with another question.
Traveling with friends and extended family to Walt Disney World is so much fun; as far as I'm concerned, the more the merrier! My crew will also be vacationing with another family in just a couple of weeks, and we recently connected all of our plans in
My Disney Experience. I'll walk you through the steps.
First, make sure you're logged into your Disney account, and select "My Family & Friends" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu on the
Walt Disney World home page. Scroll down and click on "+ Add a Guest." Choose the option to fill in the name of the other family's lead Guest, and follow the prompts to complete the information. Your friend will receive an e-mail invitation to plan together, and once they accept, you'll be connected. You can also do this on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on "My Profile" on the menu and selecting the "Friends & Family List" tab on the following screen.
Although you're connected, each Guest will still need theme park reservations, so one person from each family should access the
Disney Park Pass System to complete this final step. Once finalized, you will be able to view one another's reservations in the My Plans section of My Disney Experience to make sure they line up.
I hope this is helpful, Kris! While you count down the days until the magic begins, be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog and
find us on social media. There's so much going on
this year in Walt Disney World, and you won't want to miss a thing! Have a fantastic time on your vacation, and if there's anything else we can do, don't hesitate to reach out again.
Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
Betsy
