Hi Dan,
We are so glad to see you stopping by planDisney!
The great news is that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have not created a
My Disney Experience account already, create one. Once you create that My Disney Experience account, you can link that reservation number in My Disney Experience. To do so, log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, scroll down, and click on the plus sign (right-hand side of the screen). Then click on
Link Reservations and Purchases.
If you booked a vacation package with theme park tickets, once you link that vacation package, you need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you plan to visit the theme parks. Check the
theme park reservation availability calendar to confirm availability for the days of your visit. If you decide to change a park pass reservation, you will need to cancel and then make a new one.
Once you get 60-days prior to your visit, I suggest that you make
advanced dining reservations. Even though
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering was available on our last visit, we preferred having dining reservations for most meals. And, we used
Mobile Dine Check-in while walking to the restaurants, so the check-in process was quite easy!
Dan, I can imagine the excitement in your household as you prepare for an
Incredible Disney Day. Practice those superhero skills by scanning the
operational updates with laser focus since policies and procedures could change. We are so excited to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
