Hi Mike!
I'm so glad you've found your way to planDisney. Even though it's still a few months away, I bet you're already getting excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World visit. When you arrive, you'll find everything sprinkled with a little
extra pixie dust because
The World's Most Magical Celebration is in full swing! During your stay, you won't want to miss the incredible transformation of Walt Disney World theme parks after the sun sets –– from dazzling new nighttime shows like
Disney Enchantment and
Harmonius, to the breathtaking
Beacons of Magic, you'll see the parks in a whole new light (get it?!). Be sure to check them out!
To take advantage of all the benefits of staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you'll want to make sure your hotel reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. Here's what you'll need to do:
1. Navigate to the
Walt Disney World website and
sign in to your Disney Account.
2. Hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
3. Under "Mike's Plans and Tickets", tap on the "Resort Hotel" icon and select "Link a Reservation".
4. Follow the on-screen prompts (including entering your confirmation number and the last name on the reservation) to complete the linking process.
Once your hotel reservation has been linked, you'll be able to make
Disney Park Pass reservations reserved for Disney Resort hotel Guests and you'll have access to an extended booking window for
advance dining reservations (beginning 60 days before check-in). You'll also have the option to enter your online check-in information so you can use Disney's Direct-to-Room service once you arrive at your hotel, which allows you to bypass the front desk and head straight to your room once it's ready. You can even open your hotel room door right from your smartphone using the
My Disney Experience mobile app –– it's easy and convenient, just the way a vacation should be!
Thanks for visiting planDisney, Mike. I hope your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit is filled with magic from beginning to end!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
