How do I link my Pirates and Pals voyage to My Disney Experience. I've tried calling numerous phone numbers and with wait times of 35+ minutes I do not have time to sit on hold. Is there a way to do this or should I not worry about it?

    Hi Sheila!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

This is actually something that I keep thinking will be updated with My Disney Experience (MDE).  Currently, there is no way to actually "link" your reservation with your account.  So, when I have a tour, special event, or anything else that can't be linked, I add the information myself in the "notes".

To do this, login to your MDE account.  If you're on a computer, you will go to "My Itinerary", and then choose the day of your voyage.  Then click on the "+" sign that says "Add Plans".  You can enter all of the information there so that it will be handy for you in your schedule.

If you want to do this from your phone app, go to the "Home" screen, and click on the "+" sign that hovers at the bottom.  Then select the image of the hat with stars coming out, and you can add "notes" there.  Both of these features will have them updated on your My Disney Experience account and will show up now for your day.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions!
