    How do I link a pass to another account? Every time I type in the ID confirmation it tells me that the ID is already in use. I did sent him his pass via AppleWallet, but can’t link to his own Disney Account

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for dropping by with a great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. Oh bother... it seems as though you've run into some tech-y troubles amidst your vacation preparation. I'd be happy to help you sort out your ticket troubles and get you bouncing onward toward a Tigger-iffic trip!

    Kiera, it's tough to understand just what the issue might be without having a peek at your My Disney Experience mobile app, but I'm happy to help you in every way I can. It sounds like you're trying to link theme park admission (either a ticket or an Annual Pass) to a member of your travel party whose My Disney Experience profile is currently managed by you. Fortunately, if the individual is able to access their valid theme park admission via Disney MagicMobile pass, they should be good to go for theme park entry! However, if they're now hoping to manage their own profile in My Disney Experience, I recommend reaching out to the friendly Cast Members at the Help Desk via the chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website or dialing the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line. Alternatively, you could visit a theme park ticket window, a Guest Relations location, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for in-person assistance.

    Once a theme park ticket has already been used to enter a theme park, it can no longer be transferred to another Guest, Kiera. However, before a ticket's first use, you should be able to transfer it to another eligible individual. Therefore, my guess is that this issue can resolved with assistance from a helpful Cast Member who can think, think, think this through with you!
