To link your Disney tickets to your account, you can use either the
My Disney Experience mobile app or the website.
If you're using the My Disney Experience app, open the app and sign in to your Disney account. Tap the menu icon (three lines), then go to "My Tickets and Passes." Tap the plus sign in the top right corner and select "Link Tickets & Passes." You can either scan the barcode or QR code from your confirmation email, enter the ticket ID manually, or tap a physical ticket to your phone if it has RFID capabilities. Once the ticket is detected, assign it to yourself or a person from your Family & Friends list. The ticket will then appear in the "Tickets and Passes" section of the app.
If you're using the website, sign in the navigate to "My Plans," then select "Link Tickets" under "Park Tickets" and enter your confirmation number or ticket ID. After entering the ticket details, you’ll be prompted to assign it to yourself or someone in your Friends & Family list. Once linked, your tickets will sync with the mobile app automatically.
If you're linking tickets for a group, make sure everyone is added to your
Family & Friends list so you can assign each ticket correctly. You can manage these settings both in the app and on the website. Once your tickets are linked, you can use them for park entry and to make
Lightning Lane selections.
