    How do I link my park reservation to the Disneyland app? I tried to use the Genie “plan my day” but it said I needed to make a park reservation first, but I already have them.

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for coming to us with your question! Oh boy, your visit to the Disneyland Resort is just around the river bend! I'm happy to see you planning ahead by using the "Plan Your Day" feature of the Disney Genie Service but I'm sorry to hear that it's not working for you. I can't see into your account, but I certainly can help you troubleshoot.

    It sounds like you've already downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App, which is a great start. When you access the "☰" Features Menu from the Home Screen, you can select My Genie Day and then the "My Day" tab to get to the free Genie Service. From there, just select "Get Started Now" and Genie will ask you some questions in order to help you plan your day. You are correct in that it will go through your Disney account and only allow you to plan days for which you have reservations. 

    It is very important that you have your park reservations before your visit, so if you did all of the above correctly, then let's check your reservations. Navigate to Ticket and Reservation Details and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." On the next screen, you should see all the tickets linked to your account along with their reservations. If you don't see your reservations, this must be addressed before your visit. Are you logged into the correct Disney account in the Mobile App? It should be the same account you used when you purchased the tickets. Did someone else purchase your tickets, in which case they need to be linked to your Disney account in order for you to see the reservations? That's very simple. With the Mobile App open on your phone, select "Link to Account" from the Features Menu. You may then either scan the ticket's bar code or manually enter the ticket ID # in order to link it to your account. 

    As with all technical glitches, sometimes it helps to log out completely, then log back in again. Within the Mobile App, there is a Sign Out button at the bottom of the Features Menu. If you still aren't seeing your reservations despite troubleshooting, I would recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the Guest Services and Tickets phone line
