    How do you link paid tickets and Memory Maker to the Friends and Family list on the primary contact's confirmation of payment? They all need to enter the park and access the plans for the day without a problem.

    Hi Deborah, and welcome to planDisney!

    The more, the merrier is always a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort! I love that your Family and Friends will be in attendance for your upcoming vacation!

    When you add tickets to your My Disney Experience account, it will ask you to assign the ticket to any of your guests included on your Family & Friends List. If someone's name is not included, you will need to add them to your Family & Friends List before you can proceed with assigning the ticket to them. Using the app, select the three lines at the bottom right and scroll down to "My Profile." At the top, choose Family & Friends List and add a guest. It will give you three choices to add the guest, and from there, they will appear on your list once they have accepted the invitation. 

    When Memory Maker is purchased, you will need to link it to your account using the ID or Ticket Order Number and proceed through the rest of the process. Once everyone is in place, they will have access to Memory Maker and their theme park tickets.
