    can i link my old magic band? let me know how thanks

    Hi Juan, and welcome to planDisney!

    I have several older MagicBands and MagicBand+ in my possession. I love collecting them and have used several of my favorites on more than one occasion. Do not get me wrong, I love my newer MagicBands+, but my older ones hold a special place in my heart each Walt Disney World Resort vacation. 

    You can use your older MagicBands for your next vacation; just ensure they are linked to your My Disney Experience account. To link your MagicBand to each individual in your party, using the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines at the bottom right of the screen and choose “Tickets and Passes.” At the top, choose “Link Tickets & Passes” and select “Camera,” “Tap,” or “Type ID.” From there, proceed through the process, and your MagicBand will be linked. Once the band is linked, go ahead and pack them in your luggage so you will not forget them.
