Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica!
Mine is a military family too, and I understand how important together time is for our military families. I'm so happy to hear you’ll be making magical memories together at Walt Disney World Resort.
You can absolutely link
Military Promotional Ticket Offer tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Once you've purchased those tickets at your local base, enter the ticket number from your exchange certificate to get them linked up. In the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select "Tickets" and then choose the + button on the top right. Then, select "Link Tickets & Passes" and enter each ticket number. (I always use a Sharpie to write the name of each family member on the ticket I've assigned to them.)
Once you've entered the tickets and linked them to each Guest, the tickets will be linked to any MagicBands each of you has associated with your My Disney Experience account. If you have any trouble linking your tickets, please give the My Disney Experience Cast Members a call at (407) 939-4357, as they have the magic touch!
When you arrive at Walt Disney World, you'll need to make a stop at Guest Relations to provide your military ID in order to activate the tickets before you can enter the theme parks, so be sure to bring a valid military ID, your MagicBands, and the exchange certificates or tickets with you.
Jessica, I highly recommend purchasing and linking your tickets at least 60 days in advance of your visit if you'll be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or 30 days in advance if you're staying off-property. This way, you're all set and ready to make your FastPass+ selections as soon as you can.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
