Howdy, Lynne!
Linking your
Memory Maker to your
My Disney Experience account is pretty simple!
Once you’ve purchased Memory Maker, it should usually connect automatically if you used the same Disney account when you bought it. But if it hasn’t linked yet, here’s what to do:
Start by opening your My Disney Experience app or logging in on the
Walt Disney World website. Go to the menu and find and click on “Tickets and Passes” or “My Plans.” There, you’ll see an option to “Link Tickets & Purchases.” Select that, then choose “Memory Maker.” You’ll just need to enter the ID number from your confirmation email or the back of the actual Memory Maker card.
Once it’s linked, you’ll be able to see and download all your photos from the app, including ride photos, character meet-and-greets, and those magical shots the Disney photographers take throughout the parks.
If you’ve shared plans with your family or friends in My Disney Experience, their photos will show up too, as long as they’ve given you permission to view and download them.
And if anything seems off or it doesn’t link properly, you can always
call a Disney Cast Member. They’re great about helping fix those little hiccups so you can focus on making (and saving!) those memories.
Have a magical, Lynne, making memories on your Disney trip. Come see us again if you need any other help planning your trip.
Toodles,
Korliss
