Hi Lori,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! My family often visits Walt Disney World with other families, so I am familiar with creating and sharing plans with others. Let’s talk about how to make sure everyone is connected.
The first step I recommend is to have the adults
add each other to their Family & Friends List. On the Walt Disney World website, visit “My Family & Friends,” then click “+ Add a Guest.” You can search for the other adults by their name and telephone number or email, or with information from their Disney Resort reservation. Once you add a Guest, they will receive an
email inviting them to make plans with you. Once they accept, you will appear in each other’s Family & Friends List.
If you or someone else is managing a profile for a child, you can
allow others to make plans for the managed profile. In your Family & Friends List, find the other Guest you want to invite to make plans and click “Edit Settings.” You should find an option to allow this Guest to make plans for the Guests you manage. Click “Connect My Managed Guests,” and select which managed profiles you are connecting. The other Guest will also receive an email inviting them to make plans for the managed profile.
When making plans like dining reservations or purchasing Lightning Lane passes, you can
choose from anyone on your Family & Friends List. One thing to remember when you purchase Lightning Lanes is that everyone must be eligible to purchase Lightning Lanes with a valid admission and a Disney Resort reservation if purchasing up to 7 days in advance.
It looks like your trip is just a few days away, Lori! I'm guessing everyone in your family has made the nice list, so there are
several places around Walt Disney World where you can find Santa and share your wish list with him! If you have any more questions, come back to see us again at
