Beth from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I would like to link magic bands we have used on a previous trip to tickets for an upcoming trip and need to register my daughter who has Down syndrome for the DAS pass please.

Welcome to planDisney, Beth! I'm so glad that I get to answer your question today. Your trip is coming up so soon, so let's jump right in and get started ticking off those last things on your to-do list.

First, let's chat about MagicBands! If you have MagicBands from a previous trip that are linked to your account, you do not need to do anything to be able to use them on your upcoming trip. Since your MagicBands are connected to your My Disney Experience account, any tickets that are linked to that account are automatically linked to any MagicBands that appear under "MagicBands and More" in your My Disney Experience app. There are no additional steps needed, you're already ready to go!

Next, let's get you all set up with Disability Access Service (DAS) for your daughter for your upcoming trip. You have two options to choose from: you can pre-register for DAS using an online tool, or you can register at a Guest Relations location inside a Theme Park when you arrive. If you want to pre-register online, do it as soon as possible since you need to be registered at least two days in advance of your arrival if you choose to do it this way. You'll video chat with a Cast Member who will talk you through what kind of accommodations are available and help determine if DAS is right for you. Your daughter will need to be available for at least a portion of this chat session so she can have her picture taken to complete registration.

As I previously mentioned, you can also register for DAS at a Guest Relations location inside the first Theme Park that you visit, which should also only take a few minutes. Once you're registered, a DAS tile will pop up in the main menu of your My Disney Experience app and you will be able to book return times using that tool.

I hope this answers your questions, Beth, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
