I am so glad that you asked this question. Once you have all of your exciting plans for your visit to
Walt Disney World linked to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be able to keep track of everything easily--and so will your family members!
You can do this two ways--online or through the
My Disney Experience app. To do so online, go to the WDW website and sign in; next go to the
My Disney Experience tab to the far right and select My Plans & Tickets. There, you'll see the Resort Hotel icon right next to Family & Friends. If your hotel reservation isn't already there in your account, select
Link a Reservation; enter the confirmation number and the last name of the primary guest on that reservation and you should be all set.
To give everyone in your family access to all of your plans, be sure that each person is connected on the
My Family & Friends list. If they aren't already listed in your hotel reservation, you can go into that reservation and add them, once linked in My Family & Friends.
You can also do this on the
My Disney Experience app. There, select the hamburger icon on the bottom right of the screen--three horizontal lines on top of each other. Next, scroll down to My Plans. If you don't see that reservation in your account, you can add it easily. Simply click on Link Admission, Reservations, or Purchases, then select the Type ID tab. You'll see the option to add a Resort Reservation there. To connect with your family members using the app, select that hamburger icon and scroll down to Account, then select Profile. Once there, select the Family & Friends List tab on the right. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the option to Add a Guest. So easy!
Jennifer, one thing that I absolutely love about My Disney Experience is that everyone in the family can keep track of each other's plans whether they are all together or vary a bit from day to day. I'm the planner in the family, so I love that anyone can check the app if they have a question about a dining reservation or the time we've selected to return for a
Lightning Lane pass. It's like having a personal assistant along for the trip!
