HI, when can I link my hotel reservation, tickets and entry pass? I keep trying to link my accounts and I'm being told I dont't exist.

    Hi there, Sandra!

Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. You are just days away from your time in the magic, and I bet you are eager to get your plans in place. Let's take a look at your question!

It sounds like you may have booked a Disneyland Vacation Package that includes hotel accommodation along with theme park tickets. If this was booked through the Disneyland website, it should automatically show up in the account used to purchase the package. Even if you booked them separately, you should be able to link everything to your account once you complete checkout. You can double-check on the website (or in the app!) by hovering over the "My Disneyland" tab along the top navigation bar and selecting "My Hotel Reservations". If you don't see it, try linking it again by entering the package confirmation number, your last name, and your arrival date. Note that your theme park tickets will be added to your account 3 days before your arrival, so it's not unusual if you haven't seen them appear yet. You can still make theme park reservations once your vacation package is linked, as the system will recognize that you have tickets as part of this package. If you're still having difficulty linking your plans or if you booked through a third party, I'd recommend giving Guest Services a call, as they can see into your account and can help with specific questions.

You are going to love staying in the magic. If you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, I'd recommend asking for a list of resort activities when you check in or checking out the calendar ahead of your arrival. There is always something fun happening in and around the hotels, including outdoor movies, crafts for the kiddos, live entertainment, or even special events. During your visit, I can see that Pixar Place is hosting a Chat and Draw session with artist and historian Stacia Martin on July 16th! While most activities are walk-up, this particular offering recommends making a reservation at the front desk.

Don't forget that you can check in up to five days ahead of time to activate your Direct-to-Room Service. If you opt into text messaging, you'll receive a notification as soon as your room is ready, along with a digital key so you can skip the front desk, if you'd like!

Sandra, I hope we've helped set you up for a successful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any more questions ahead of your trip, feel free to reach out to us again. We're always happy to help here at planDisney.

    Magic awaits!
